Luego de borrar (desdibujar) el sujeto tras los objetos, es casi lógico el paso siguiente: la producción de objetos-humanos, de “sujetos-deshumanizados” producidos según las necesidades del mercado, o a gusto del consumidor. Y por aquí surgen algunas cuestiones de la identidad frente a la posibilidad de la manipulación genética y la clonación: como serían los conceptos de filiación. Quienes serían los padres. Seríamos todos hermanos? Donde se ubicaría el incesto? Se borrarían las estructuras tradicionales?

After erasing (blurring) the subject behind objects, the next step is almost logical: the production of human-objects, of “dehumanized subjects” produced according to market needs, or to the consumer’s taste. And this raises questions of identity in the face of the possibility of genetic manipulation and cloning: what would the concepts of parentage be? Who would be the parents? Would we all be siblings? Where would incest fit in? Would traditional structures disappear?
